Horseback Riding
Vernon and Tom have their own specialties.  There are challenges to building at
Arrowhead, including site preparation, utility installation, permit applications, material
delivery in time for winter finish work and a crew to snowmobile in to finish the
details in the winter.  
Vernon has arranged for a roof to be erected by boom truck in winter, snow-blow all
snow from around the building to allow a manlift to operate during the winter and
other  unique challenges.  We have our own boom truck, manlift, and skidsteer
machinery to manage the erection and finish required at Arrowhead.  We represent
two log home companies in Montrose and will direct you to "the best".   Vernon can
act as general contractor or instruct you how to manage
the intricacies of inspections, material handling and cost management
.
